Similar to the AJ4 Red Thunder from last year, the upper arrives formed from a synthetic nubuck, unlike the premium nubuck found on the “Lightning”. Yellow mesh underlines the netting on the sidewalls and tongue, making sure the shoe is as breathable as Tinker first designed it to be. A Flight logo is sewn onto the tongue, while on the rear, a white embossed Jumpman stays true to its original ‘06 branding. Another important detail which closely follows the original ‘06 version is the shape of the bottom yellow support Wings, with small triangular side attachments that were not included on the ‘12 edition.
