Combining innovative Italian craftsmanship with unique Japanese fabrics, the Parka is constructed with 12oz OJJ (Original Japanese Jersey) fabric. Inspired by fishtail coats first used by the United States Army during the Korean War, the jacket features a removable hood with a built-in wire allowing it to be shaped to the wearer's preference.
You can complete the Parka for winter time with a shearling liner, shearling hood, or down liner, with our without hood.
Pieces intended to last forever. These timeless and iconic garments are created to live and age with you, and the incredible Japanese jersey will, with time, mould itself almost imperceptibly to you.
Garments that are conceived to mould to your body and age gracefully as they are worn. Each piece is made to fit into one another, creating a system of interchangeable modules ensuring that can be worn all year round.
The Fabric:
The Original Japanese Jersey (OJJ fabric) is used and manufactured jersey fabric with unique properties by Ten C.
It’s a jersey-like fabric with unique characteristics. It’s a fabric that changes with external temperatures. If it’s humid the material becomes very soft, but if it’s dry it becomes hard and stiff.
The material lives on a certain stiffness which becomes softer during use and adapts to the body.
OJJ is manufactured exclusively in Japan and then only cut, sewn and dyed by Ten C
